Return and Refund Policy
At ROSHVITA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Wrong product has been delivered.
- Product packaging is tampered with before delivery.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with damaged seals after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Replacement Policy
If an incorrect, damaged or defective product is received, ROSHVITA may provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
